UK Delivery & Returns
Fast Order Dispatch
The majority of products ordered for UK delivery before 2pm are dispatched the same day. However due to stock availability, delivery and payment verification issues, same day dispatch may not always be possible.
In any case and wherever possible we will deliver your order within 2-5 working days. If we cannot ship your order within this time scale we will e-mail you with an expected delivery date.
In most circumstances we use Royal Mail, Parcel force or APC Courier for UK deliveries. Your delivery may require a signature. We can deliver to your work another address, simply enter a convenient delivery address when placing your order online.
For orders placed over the phone, we regret we are only able to deliver to the card holders address.
Regretfully we are not able to pass messages to to your postman such as ‘leave in porch’ etc.
For orders over £75 UK standard delivery is FREE
For orders under £75 the charge is £2.99 for most items and £3.99 for heavier parcels. The cost is displayed at checkout before payment.
Express Delivery charge is £6.99. The price is quoted at checkout before payment.
Standard Delivery: Parcels are dispatched 1st class or 2nd class depending upon weight and usually take 1-4 working days.
Express Delivery: Orders for Express Delivery need to be placed before 2pm. Express Delivery ensures the use of a next (working) day service, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee next working day delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. foul weather, delivery issues. If guaranteed next day delivery is required, we urge customers to check with us at the time of placing their order.
Express Delivery orders placed on a Friday before 2pm are due to be delivered on the following Monday.
We can dispatch items as usual until the last 1st class posting date using our standard service. If in doubt please select ‘Express Delivery’.
Please remember due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. weather, delivery company issues, we are unable to guarantee deliveries in time for Christmas, but we will do our very best. If guaranteed Christmas delivery is required, we urge customers to make certain by telephoning us at the time of placing their order.
We can dispatch items as usual until 20th Dec using our standard UK service via Royal Mail. Parcels should reach you in time for Christmas, however we do recommend our ‘express uk’ Service, if your item is needed for Christmas.
After 1pm on 21st Dec and until 1pm on 22nd Dec 2015 please select ‘Express UK’ if your item is required for Christmas. Last post is 1pm 22nd Dec 2015. Shipping resumes again on 28th Dec until 31st Dec 2015, and then everything is back to normal on the 4th Jan 2016.
We do our very best to ensure your parcels arrive in time for Christmas. ‘Express UK’ ensures we will use a Royal Mail special delivery service, but sometimes due to adverse weather for example parcels may be delayed.
We have an extended returns period for items bought as Christmas presents, returns should be back with us by 11th January 2016.

There is no charge for exchange of items ordered. Simply return your unused item, with original product packaging intact, to us within 14 days of receipt by you & include the following information:

Return of Unwanted/Unused Items for Exchange or Refund.
If you have received an item as ordered but you would like to return it please send to the address below with a note of your requirements and order number. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt by you and must be unworn or unused. Please ensure that goods are as supplied in the original undamaged product packaging.
Items bought during December as a Christmas present can be retuned in early January, please check the Christmas deliveries paragraph for the actually date this year. If returning unused, unwanted Christmas goods, please ensure that swing tags are attached or enclosed and that goods are folded as supplied in the original packaging.

REASON FOR RETURN
All return postage costs must be met by the customer and the goods are the responsibility of the customer until received by us, so it is advisable to use a traceable method of postage, such as a Royal Mail ‘signed for’ service.
Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you are entitled to cancel any order within a period of 7 days after delivery to you providing goods are unused and unworn. When cancelling an order, you will be responsible for the return postage.
Any item returned that is deemed used or worn will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs. In the event that we are unable to obtain payment we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
Return of Damaged or Faulty Items on Receipt.
All items are checked by us before dispatch. It is recommended that you thoroughly inspect the goods once they are received and inform us immediately should any of the items be damaged or faulty.
All items returned to us as faulty will be checked by the manufacturer. Equipment or goods that has failed due to a manufacturing fault will be replaced or refunded.
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship but it does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or failure to follow recommended use, care or maintenance instructions. Please be certain that any faults found are as a result of manufacturing defects or damage. If the returned product is found to be defective from misuse, the goods will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Please return the item/s to us at the address below with the following information.
DETAILS OF THE FAULT
For items that are found to have a manufacturing fault we will refund the cost of postage up to a limit of £12 for parcels over 5kg or £6 for all other items, please enclose a receipt for the postage with the goods. This process can take up to 28 calendar days.
Unfortunately if the fault is deemed to be caused by the customer through misuse, abuse, neglect or failure to follow the care, use or maintenance instructions then no refund or replacement will be offered and the cost of returning the item will be met by the customer. We agree to hold the item(s) until payment has been made for the return carriage.
Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, insured and carried by a reputable track-able carrier. In any event, we accept no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit during return from the customer.
Refunds for goods returned are made via the original card of payment. In accordance with regulations, this will take place within 30 days.
