Previously known as Leki Makalu Carbonlite Trekking poles this latest model features an upgraded Thermo Aergon handle which is lighter and more comfortable to use, in a wider variety of situations.

The Carbonlite Trekking poles feel great to use, stand up to regular use and at only 208g per pole, there is no excuse not to pack them for a day in the mountains. Leki uses minimal shaft diameters and industrial strength carbon during construction, resulting in an extremely lightweight product which is also incredibly strong and durable. Weight is reduced by up to 40% compared to standard poles.

The Leki Carbonlite pole is an adjustable pole using the Leki Super Lock System (SLS) which allows for easy adjustment of the length of the poles, with only fingertip pressure required to lock securely. The SLS is the strongest available locking mechanism on the market (as tested independently by the German safety standards agency the TUV).
The durable carbide tips optimise grip even on hard, polished surfaces.
