Weight is reduced by up to 40% compared to standard poles. the Leki Super Lock System (SLS) which allows for easy adjustment of the length of the poles, with only fingertip pressure required to lock securely. The SLS is the strongest available locking mechanism on the market (as tested independently by the German safety standards agency the TUV).
The Soft AntiShock - Lite system is integrated into the lower shaft of the pole, reducing the packing size of the pole by 50mm. This also reduces the weight of the Antishock System by 20%, making it a perfectly viable addition to an ultralight carbon pole.
