All Mountain King poles feature ergonomic grips for all day comfort and are manufactured in England from high grade, 7075 aluminium; the basis of all expedition quality trekking and walking poles. The carbon models feature ultra light 7001 alloy wrapped in carbon fibre for low weight and expedition strength. The range offered at Head to the Hills all include both snow and trekking baskets which are interchangeable depending on the conditions (apart from the Trekker which comes with trekking basket only). The tips are all replaceable and feature extremely durable, tungsten carbide tips.
The Anti Shock system is switched on and off with a quick twist on all anti shock models – switch off for ascending and maximum propulsion, switch on for descending and long haul load carrying!
