The Leki Instructor Carbon are Leki's best selling Nordic Walking poles, they are a perfect combination of lightweight and durability with a fully adjustable length. 

Adjustable 2-section poles with aluminum/carbon construction that reduces overall swing weight and promotes a quicker pace for advanced fitness walkers and beginners alike. The Instructor Nordic Walking pole is popular for a reason: They feel right and look great.

The adjustable length allows for advanced technique and training drills (where a longer pole is advantageous), and makes this the ideal choice for group use and fitness walking and nordic walking training.
