Find your items by using the left hand MENU, search by brand or catagory. You may als use the SEARCH BOX on the top right menu bar. 2. Once you have chosen an item, make your selection by clicking on the [buy now] blue button. This will take you to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping from here by using the left hand menu. You may also alter the quantity of items selected by typing in your new quantity and clicking [update cart] .
If you have an account or would like to open one please enter your details.
If you require either Next Working Day, please select from the drop down box and once selected click [change shipping] to update your new shipping requirement. Orders for Next Working Day
must be placed before 1pm. For any order
placed after 1pm we will try our best to get your order to you. 6. Entering your address. If you are logged in to your account with us, your address should be displayed. If this is the address you want your item sending to simply click [select address] or enter a new delivery address on the form. If you are not logged in. Please enter your billing address on the form. Billing address is the address your credit card is registered to. Next, If your order is to be sent to the same address simply click [select address]. If you would like delivery to a different address, please enter a new address in the new form.
No payment details are handled by staff at Head to the Hills and we do not have access to any payment card details if you order is placed online.
Delivery and P&P Charges Speedy dispatch: Most of our orders are dispatched the same day. In most circumstances we use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. When goods are in stock we aim to dispatch your order that day. In any case and wherever possible we will deliver your order within 2-5 working days. If we cannot ship your order within this timescale we will e-mail you with an expected delivery date.
Standard Delivery (default option) - Parcels are dispatched by standard parcel post or 1st class parcel post depending on weight. A signature may be required. Guaranteed Next Day, before 1pm. - Your order must be placed with us by 1pm to qualify.
P and P Charges. Free Delivery - Free standard UK delivery for orders over £75 Standard Delivery - £1.99 for lighter items, £3.99 for heavier parcels. Guaranteed Next Day - Flat rate charge £5.50. The price for postage is always quoted at checkout before you commit to the order.
