I Just wanted you to know how much I appreciated your fast, efficient and friendly service. I ordered my boots on Thursday and they arrived first thing Saturday morning - excellent! I was particularly impressed as I had previously placed an order with ******** UK, and it took them 4 days to let me know that the boots were out of stock. You could teach them a thing or two about customer service!
